So you don't have to use all the parts if you want to build it a bit lower.
Always super quality, very sturdy with the wild ones here at home! Had tried a cheap scratching post elsewhere once, but really cheap = expensive on the long run (lasted 5 months🙈) No other brand in the house anymore, the bigger purchase pays for itself twice over.
