Returns
At RHR Pets, we do everything to keep everyone satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your package to us up to 14 days after receipt of the initial shipment.
How can I return a product?
- Send us a message letting us know that you wish to return the order.
- Fill in the return form and place this form in the box (or boxes) you are going to send to us.
- Bring the box (or boxes) to a parcel point and keep the proof you receive (the cost of a return is at your own expense).
Once you have informed us that you wish to return a product, we notify our warehouse that your package is on its way to us. Upon arrival of the package, we check the contents of the box for possible defects. If everything is in order, we will refund the full purchase amount. This can take up to 14 days (after receipt of the goods).
When can you not return your order?
Below is a brief summary of what we do not accept for returns.
RHR Pets does not accept your return if:
- the product shows signs of use. The product must be free of odors and hairs.
- the product is no longer in the original packaging.
- the product is damaged due to use (damage caused by shipping is separate).
If this is the case, we will contact you and send the package back to you.
In case of a wrong delivery or a warranty shipment, you will receive a free return label with which you can return the package(s) to us. You bring this package to a DPD parcel point, we will take care of the rest.
