Has your package been stolen or lost? If there is proof of this, we can quickly redeliver your order! *With this insurance, you cannot get your money back, always a replacement product.
Delivery
If your package is delivered very late or well outside our delivery times (more than 7 working days after ordering), you will get this amount fully refunded and the other insurance benefits.
