Transport, delivery, and shipping of RHR Pets

All our orders in Europe are delivered with GLS. With an average delivery time of 1 to 2 working days in the Benelux, they remain the ideal carrier.

GLS delivers your order from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM. On the day of shipment, you will receive a track & trace code from us. With it, you can easily check where your package is located. Normally, your order will be delivered to you the next day.

Upon delivery, you must sign for receipt. Without that signature, your order will not be delivered. This way, your package always remains traceable. So make sure you are at home or that, for example, your neighbors can receive the package. Our supplier will inform you via a note in the mailbox where you can find your order.

We make sure your package is well packed. Thanks to GLS, we can ship packages up to 31.5 kg. If you place an order that is heavier, it will be delivered in multiple boxes.

All deliveries from RHR Pets are supervised by GLS at your home. This means that GLS can be held responsible for the delivery. This applies when a partner company delivers on behalf of GLS.

What if I am not home?

Are you not home on the day of delivery? Don't worry, GLS will always try to deliver your package to the neighbors. Thanks to a note in the mailbox, you will immediately know where to find the package.

Are your neighbors also not home? Then GLS will take the package to the nearest parcel point.

You can find all information regarding the location of your package on the note in the mailbox or via the GLS tracking code you received by email.

Your order will remain available at the parcel point for two weeks. If you do not pick it up within that period, it will automatically be returned to us.
