Repair & Warranty

We do our best to avoid it, but it can of course happen that we make a mistake when shipping or that a product is damaged upon receipt. With every order you place with us, you have a one-year warranty on RHR Quality products. This is based on manufacturing defects that do not include excesses. Is something not to your liking? Please contact us. We look for a solution together.

How do I submit a warranty/repair request?

Send us an email in which you can briefly explain what is not to your liking. Be sure to add photos to that email, so we can immediately see what went wrong.

Follow the step-by-step plan below and we will get to work as soon as possible:

  1. Send an e-mail to hello@rhrpets.com.
  2. Put your order/order number in the subject of the email (start with #ORDIR....).
  3. Briefly explain the problem or what you would like to receive advice on.
  4. One to a maximum of three photos where you can clearly visualize the problem.
  5. Kind regards :)

We will do our utmost to process your request as quickly as possible. On working days you will receive a response from us within 24 hours, or at the latest within 48 hours. In the event of excesses, we may want to physically receive your product so that we can investigate this. If that is the case, we will provide you with a return label with which you can return the product free of charge. Be sure to include the return form with the package (or packages). We will provide you with feedback within 21 days and discuss the next step.
