How do I return a product to RHR Pets?

At RHR Pets, we do everything to keep everyone satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your package to us up to 14 days after receipt of the initial shipment. 

When can't you return your order?

Below is a brief summary of what we do not accept for a return.

RHR Pets does not accept your return not if:

  1. the product shows signs of use. The product must be free of odors and hairs.
  2. the product is no longer in the original packaging. 
  3. the product is damaged due to use (damage caused by shipping is separate).

If this is the case, we will contact you and send the package back to you. 

In case of a wrong delivery or a warranty shipment, you will receive a free return label with which you can return the package(s) to us. 

Costs for returning your package(s) are at your own expense. Any shipping costs you paid at RHR Pets will not be refunded.

Send your return from a drop-off point. More instructions on the return label.

4. Refund or store credit

After receipt in our warehouse, we will process your refund within a few working days. You can also choose store credit!

 

Your return has been rejected

If your return has been rejected in our warehouse because one of the aforementioned conditions occurred, we will send the package back to you once. We are not responsible for handling your package a second time.
