Transport, delivery, and shipping of RHR Pets

All our orders in Europe are delivered with FedEx or DPD. With an average delivery time of 1 to 2 business days in the Benelux, they remain the ideal carriers.

FedEx or DPD delivers your order from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM. On the day of shipment, you will receive a track & trace code from us. This allows you to easily check where your package is located. Normally, your order will be delivered the next day.

Upon delivery, you must sign for receipt. Without that signature, your order will not be delivered. This way, your package always remains traceable. So make sure you are at home or that, for example, your neighbors can receive the package. Our supplier will leave a note in your mailbox to let you know where you can find your order.

We ensure that your package is well packed. Thanks to FedEx and DPD, we can ship packages up to 31.5 kg. If you place an order that is heavier, it will be delivered in multiple boxes.

All deliveries from RHR Pets are supervised by FedEx or DPD at your home. This means that FedEx or DPD can be held responsible for the delivery. This applies when a partner company delivers on behalf of FedEx or DPD.

What if I am not home?

Are you not home on the day of delivery? Don't worry, GLS will always try to deliver your package to the neighbors. Thanks to a note in the mailbox, you will immediately know where to find the package.

Are your neighbors also not home? Then GLS will take the package to the nearest parcel point.

You can find all information regarding the location of your package on the note in the mailbox or via the GLS tracking code you received by email.

Your order will remain available at the parcel point for two weeks. If you do not pick it up within that period, it will automatically be returned to us.
