How exactly do you proceed?
As described above, the cat sitter comes to your home. They do not offer care at their own house but ensure that your friend can stay at home in his or her familiar environment.
The cat sitter can be hired for longer vacations but also for shorter periods. Also during holidays and vacations. Everything is possible upon request from the humans. How amazing is that?
At the first meeting, an introductory conversation is scheduled to (of course) get to know the humans and the pet and to discuss how and when the humans need care.
The cat sitter stays about 20 to 30 minutes per visit with your cat to feed, scoop the litter box, and give any medication.
Regarding the key, you can hand it over but they can also come and pick it up (for a small fee). Whatever you feel comfortable with. That's what's so great about the cat sitter!
