This is a light grey-coloured cat tree component from RHR Pets. This Crown Hammock has 1 screw hole that can be mounted between two poles with a connection screw. Its dimensions are 60 x 50 cm, it is circa 3 cm thick and works best in combination with sisal poles with a diameter of 12, 15 or 20 cm. You can install the Hammock Crown in any RHR Pets cat tree! The Hammock Crown is the ideal combination of a hammock and a luxurious lying area with its deliciously thick 600 g/m2 pillow, which is circa 3.5 cm thick! The opening at the top has a diameter of 24 cm, allowing your cats easy access to the hammock. The lying area has been tested to a weight of 20 kg ( ! ) which is more than enough for even the largest and heaviest cats or multiple cats that want to use it at the same time.
On top of that, we have tested all our lying areas to a minimum weight of 20 kg, so even the largest and heaviest cats can enjoy them. Good sturdy cat tree which my 10 month old Maine coon is enjoying. I had a fault with one of the parts which I emailed about. They responded straight away and I sent a picture. But that all I heard from them which is a shame

5 weeks after I placed my order for $500 in spare parts, they still had not sent the items and my order in the customer portal remained as Unfulfilled. After weeks of attempting to contact them, I get one reply stating that they have shipped the items but they could not provide tracking details.
A week later I attempted to contact them again to follow up but no response. I then disputed the transaction with my bank providing evidence that they have not touched my order or responded to me. The bank found that CTK had taken money with no intention to deliver items and refunded the money back to me.
3 weeks later, Parcels arrive at my door showing they were not shipped until 8 weeks after my order, and CTK are demanding repayment. The bank has advised that even though it took nearly 2 months for them to fulfill my order, they are entitled to my money and have reversed the refund.
Do not buy from this store. CTK was once the only company making sturdy cat trees. Now brands like Kazoo and CatTreeCo are making more durable cat trees for half or even quarter of CTK prices.
Mooie aanvulling op de Himalaya krabpaal, wel aan de prijzige kant, maar voor kwaliteit betaal je.
