- How can you return a product to RHR Pets?
- Send us a message letting us know that you wish to return the order.
- Fill in the return form and put this form in the box (or boxes) you are going to send to us.
- Take the box (or boxes) to a parcel point and keep the proof you receive (the cost of a return is at your own expense).
Once you have informed us that you wish to return a product, we will let our warehouse know that your package(s) is on its way to us. Upon arrival of the package, we check the contents of the box for possible defects. If everything turns out to be in order, we will refund the full purchase price. You will then normally receive the amount that needs to be refunded within 7 working days, this can take up to 14 days (after receipt of the goods).
- When can you return an order to RHR Pets and what do we not accept?
Below is a brief list of what we do not accept in the event of a return.
RHR Pets will not accept your return if:
- the product contains signs of use. The product must be free of odors, hair, and other things that do not belong on the product.
- the product is no longer in its original packaging.
- the product is damaged by use (damage caused by shipping is separate from this).
If this is the case, we will contact you and send the package back to you.

- What if RHR Pets has delivered me the wrong product?
Very annoying of course! Fortunately, we are human, the only disadvantage is that even we can make mistakes. In the event of a wrong delivery or a warranty shipment, you will receive a free return label with which you can return the package (or packages) to us. You bring this package to a DPD parcel point, we do the rest. We will of course immediately send or refund the correct product (or shop credit, etc.).

- Refund from RHR Pets
At RHR Pets we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a product is not to your liking, we will look for the right solution together with you. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product, provided it meets the aforementioned conditions. For more information about this, be sure to read our returns page.
When the product has been returned to us, you will receive the amount back from us a maximum of 14 days later (on average 1-4 working days) on your account (with which you have paid with us, we cannot transfer amounts to other accounts) including any shipping costs that you have paid with us.
You will not receive any compensation from us for:
- Costs of your return (label)
- Any surcharges
- Possible taxes
These are all at your own expense.
