Repair & Warranty

We do our best to avoid it, but it can of course happen that we make a mistake during shipping or that a product is damaged upon receipt. For every order you place with us, you have a one-year warranty on products from RHR Quality. This is based on factory defects excluding excesses. Is something not satisfactory? Then contact us. We will look for a solution together. 

How do I submit a warranty/repair request?

Send us an email in which you can briefly explain what is not satisfactory. Be sure to add photos to that email, so we can immediately see what went wrong. 

Follow the steps below and we will get started as soon as possible:

  1. Send an email to hello@rhrpets.com.
  2. Put your order number in the subject of the email (starting with #ORDNL....).
  3. Briefly explain the problem or what advice you wish to receive.
  4. One to a maximum of three photos clearly showing the problem. 
  5. Kind regards :)

We do our utmost to process your request as quickly as possible. On working days, you will receive a response from us within 24 hours, at the latest within 48 hours. In case of excesses, it may be that we want to physically receive your product so that we can investigate it. If that is the case, we will provide you with a return label with which you can return the product for free. Be sure to include the return form with the package (or packages). Within 21 days, we will provide you with feedback and gladly discuss the next step.
