Returns and Exchanges

How do I return a product to RHR Pets?

At RHR Pets, we make every effort to keep everyone satisfied. If you are still not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your package to us up to 14 days after receiving the initial shipment.


When can you not return your order?

Below is a brief outline of what we do not accept in the event of a return.

RHR Pets will not accept your return if:

  1. The product contains signs of use. The product must be free of odors and hair.
  2. The product is no longer in its original packaging.
  3. The product is damaged by use (damage due to shipping is separate from this).

Should this be the case, we will contact you and return the package to you.

In case of an incorrect delivery or a warranty shipment, you will receive a free return label with which you can return the package (or packages) to us.


Costs for returning your package(s) are at your own expense. Any shipping costs you have paid to RHR Pets will not be refunded.

Ship your return from a drop-off point. More instructions on the return label.

4. Refund or shop credit

Upon receipt at our warehouse, we will process your refund within a few business days. You can also opt for shop credit!

 

Your return is rejected

If your return is rejected in our warehouse because one of the previously mentioned conditions occurred, we will send the package back to you once. In case of a second time, we are not responsible for handling your package.
